Wes Sharp has been interested in art his entire life.  As a kid Wes was a keen observer of people.  He often mimicked his favorite actors and comedians.  His parents saw his artistic aptitude early and provided art and music lessons to develop his skills.  His brother introduced him to photography in the early 1970’s when he had his own darkroom.  Since 1984 Wes has been photographing his favorite subject – people.

Wes has been hired to shoot for many well known companies and organizations, including ESPN, the University of Oklahoma, and Vype High School Sports the Magazine.  Wes has also shot family portraits of local celebrities.  He is an experienced professional photographer in Weddings, Family and Senior portraits, Sports Teams, Special Events & Parties, Commercial and Stock photography, and a wide range of photojournalism. 

His primary interest is working with kids.  Wes loves capturing the energy and enthusiasm for life that kids exhibit.  Wes’s photography of young people has been published in many different publications including ESPN The Magazine, Parade Magazine, High School Sports the Magazine, The Daily Oklahoman, The Friday Paper, Mustang News, and many other state and local newspapers.
